A: Our hours at our Lewiston store are
Monday-Saturday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
We are closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Day.

A: With The Receipt
With the receipt we can refund your purchase, trade the item in or give a store credit to you! We try to make our returns as hassle free as possible for our customers. All returns need a manager’s approval.

A: Without The Receipt
Without the receipt the money cannot be refunded for 10 business days. We just need to see a form
of ID. A Driver’s License, A State-Issued ID Card, a Military ID Card, a Passport, or some other
Federal or State-Issued Identification Card. All returns need a manager’s approval.

A: Yes we do have Tri-State gift cards. They are valid at any of our four store locations.

A: We will accept Cash, Checks, Travelers Checks, Tri-State Gift Cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. However we do not accept Two-Party Checks.

A: We do sell Hunting/Fishing licenses and tags. However we only accept Cash and Checks for them. They are purchased through Fish & Game and not through our computer system so Credit and Debit cards are not accepted.

A: Yes! We have charge accounts for businesses. They can be set up so that only certain people, people with ID of your business and other security features. Just contact us.

A: Yes we do offer layaways.

A: We do special orders but it depends on the department and availability from the manufacturer. Just ask us about your item and we can give you an answer.

A: We are not currently set up for people to apply online. However we do have our application form online. You can print it off, fill it out and bring it to the store you want to apply to.

A: Yes we do! Tri-State donates over 10% of its after-tax earnings every year to various charities and organizations.

A: At this time we have no plans on putting our merchandise online. Instead we invite you to come in and view our merchandise first hand while experiencing our award winning service.
